The scrapping has started and what we have noticed is that which bird has possession of the tree next to the hole in the wall will be the victor. The kestrel has just chased one magpie out of the tree but things alter when the magpies are mobbed handed. As we sit having our morning coffee the kestrel pair keep flashing past the window, and Malc says " it is like "Spring Watch" this.
